A huge thank you to everyone that came to my lecture and art reception in June, we had a strong turn out for both events and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed to not only see friends from Fort Smith attend, but also those who made a special trip from Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri!
I enjoyed connecting with the community through my work and opening up conversations about fine art, fabrics, culture, identity and so much more! I still can’t get over the excitement of having my artwork on the side of the museum building, that was fabulous to see in person.
