CRYSTAL BRIDGES MUSEUM – A huge thank you for believing in me and inviting me to have a studio practice there for the day! I have been contracted by the museum to paint live in their Studio (Studio D) on Saturday April 9, from 11am-4pm.
The event is free to attend and everyone is welcome, no set times for my demo, you can drop by anytime, ask me questions, talk art/fabrics/culture, check out some of my finished original artwork, and watch me paint. Come and watch the progress of my traditional dupatta portrait on this yellow canvas!
Crystal Bridges has a renowned collection ranging from Rockwell to Warhol, and my personal favorite is work by Kehinde Wiley. Set on 120 acres, and there are several exhibits happening in and outside of the museum right now. Lots to see and do in Bentonville, so make a day of it and come and say hello!
